Discover the Advance Diabetes diet.
It is a hormone produced by the pancreas. As is the case with human bodies, your dog’s body uses it to collect the glucose (sugar) from the blood and use it to obtain the energy that they need.
If your dog has diabetes, it means that their body is unable to produce or use insulin and, as a result, the levels of sugar in the blood are too high. Furthermore, they will not have the energy that they need.
If you notice any of these symptoms in your dog, go to your vet for a full check-up.
If your dog is diabetic, they will have to receive treatment with insulin for the rest of their life. But with daily exercise, the right diet and insulin therapy, your dog will be able to lead a normal life and their life expectancy will be similar to that of a healthy dog of the same breed.
